The heavy-duty belt bucket elevator has been specially developed to handle coarse, highly abrasive bulk materials. The HD bucket elevator can transport workpieces up to 120 mm in size. By using specially designed steel ribbons, HD bucket elevators achieve maximum conveying height and conveying capacity. They are particularly suitable as recirculation units behind high-pressure roller mills and vertical mills.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Conveying solutions for coarse materials<\/h3>\n

This belt bucket elevator has been developed for bulk materials with a particle size of up to 120 mm, a height of more than 150 m and a quantity of 1,700 m3\/h. Compared to the chain bucket elevators, they run very smoothly and impress with a large center distance. A special seal between the bucket and belt ensures safe operation. For example, the BEUMER HGBW-HD is used in the cement and ore industry as a recirculating bucket elevator behind a high-pressure roller mill. The explosion-proof version can even convey potentially explosive substances such as coal, coke, petroleum coke, etc.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
