Hot or cold: For the vertical transport of bulk materials, our bucket elevators are an economical solution. As a market leader, we have been developing special technical designs for such conveyor systems for decades. As a result, we can offer the perfect configuration for many different applications.<\/p>\n

Highly robust steel ribbon<\/h3>\n

The belt is a key component of the belt bucket elevator. Therefore, we have developed a high-strength steel ribbon with a wire-free area for fixing the bucket. Our high-capacity steel wire belts have belt strengths up to 3,300 N\/mm. Fabric bands can be used for lower strength. To evenly distribute the holding force, the bucket is mounted with forged sector fasteners. This fixed idea is reliable to prevent the bucket from loosening. An additional rubber plate between the bucket and belt strengthens the bucket\/belt connection.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
